Rebecca Marquis is a Scottsdale, Arizona, based family law attorney and the founder of The Marquis Law Firm. Ms. Marquis has over seventeen years of experience and is an accomplished family law attorney. She represents clients in Scottsdale and the surrounding area.

Ms. Marquis devotes her entire practice to family law, providing compassionate and skillful service to Arizona residents in what is often the most difficult time in their lives. She is experienced with family law matters involving divorce, child support, custody, harassment injunctions, parenting time, legal separation, order enforcement, paternity, parental relocation and spousal maintenance.

Dedicated to helping her clients achieve the best possible solution to their situation, Ms. Marquis has substantial courtroom experience and is familiar with all aspects of the litigation process. When a non adversarial approach is desired, she uses alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation to help her clients obtain a favorable resolution.

Prior to founding The Marquis Law Firm, Ms. Marquis worked for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office as an assistant attorney general. She developed substantial courtroom experience while in this role and appeared for many child support hearings through the Division of Child Support Services.

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Ms. Marquis earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Georgia. She received her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. She is active in professional organizations, including the Scottsdale Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association.
