Robbie Hendricks

Robert Hendricks is the founder and managing partner at State 48 Law in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a State Bar of Arizona Board Certified Family Law Specialist, and he focuses his practice exclusively on family law matters. He is particularly skilled at handling high-conflict child custody lawsuits, complex high-asset divorces, and family appellate cases. 

With the majority of his career focused in family law, Robbie has a reputation for taking on complex and challenging cases and resolving them efficiently. Well aware that family law matters need to be handled in a sensitive manner, he treats each case with the compassion and calm approach it deserves. 

Mr. Hendricks believes that communication is key and uses alternative dispute resolution methods such as settlement negotiations and mediation to resolve matters outside of the courtroom. This approach helps his clients resolve disputes in a more cost-effective and a less contentious manner. However, if the case needs to go to trial, Mr. Hendricks is a dedicated and tenacious litigator, who fights aggressively for his clients.

Graduating summa cum laude, Mr. Hendricks has a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and criminal justice from Southern Utah University, where he was member of the Law Club. He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. 

While in law school, Mr. Hendricks was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Students Association, the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal, the Joel Shepard Family Law Assistance Program, and the Mock Baseball Arbitration Competition.
