Tabitha Jecmen

Tabitha Jecmen, a partner at Lawrence & Jecmen PLLC in Scottsdale, Arizona, has more than 18 years of experience practicing law. She currently focuses her practice on family law matters including divorce, with issues regarding spousal maintenance, parenting time, child support, property division, and business matters. Ms. Jecmen also handles paternity matters, and prenuptial agreements, as well as post-decree enforcement and modification issues.

Serving clients in Maricopa County, Ms. Jecmen provides sound and knowledgeable counsel. She uses mediation to resolve matters in a less contentious manner but serves as a fierce litigator in court whenever a case requires litigation. She is board-certified as a family law specialist by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.  

Ms. Jecmen understands the delicate nature of family law and divorce cases, and she handles approaches these cases with compassion. She strives to develop creative solutions for each client’s unique case and helps them navigate through it from the beginning until the end, keeping her clients up to date along the way. 

Graduating from Indiana University Bloomington, Ms. Jecmen received her bachelor’s degree in English and history. She went on to attend law school at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, which was previously known as the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2005.

Ms. Jecmen is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and the Arizona Women Lawyers Association’s Maricopa Chapter.
