Andre L. Pennington

Andre Pennington is an Inc. 5000 CEO, member of the Forbes Finance Council, Registered Financial Planner®, and Wealth Attorney. He serves clients throughout Arizona from his offices in Surprise, Sun City West, Buckeye, and Peoria, Arizona, helping them with financial planning, estate planning  probate administration, wills and trusts, and asset protection.

Mr. Pennington had gained extensive estate planning and trial experience from his time as a military attorney in the United States Air Force. Throughout his career, he has handled more than 75 jury trials at the state, military and federal levels. After leaving active duty, he transferred to the Air Force Reserves, where he had the rank of a major, and was a trial advocacy instructor, estate planning attorney and government appellate counsel. Following which, he served in the district of Arizona as a federal trial attorney before starting his own private practice.

Graduating with a B.A. in sociology in 2003 from the California State University, Fullerton, Mr. Pennington went on to study law at the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. While there, he worked on pro bono cases at the Center for Juvenile Law & Policy, representing children charged with offenses in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Earning his Juris Doctor in 2006, Mr. Pennington has been admitted to practice in Colorado the same year, and later, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals. He has also served as a Judge Pro Tem (part-time Judge) for Maricopa County Justice Courts from 2015 to 2017. He is currently a Judge Pro Tem for the Arizona Superior Court in Maricopa County. Moreover, he is a member of the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Arizona.

During his spare time, Mr. Pennington strives to help the needy and give back to his local community. He has co-founded residential homes dedicated to the well-being of foster children – and Arizona’s Children Coalition, of which he is also the director.
