    Attorney Profile

Attorney Kindra Deneau is the founder of The Deneau Law Firm PLLC located in Tempe, Arizona. Serving a diverse range of clients throughout the greater Phoenix metro region and across the state, Ms. Deneau focuses her practice on delivering the highest level of counsel and support possible to those who have legal needs involving business law, corporate transactions, real estate law, intellectual property protections and estate planning, particularly as it involves business succession planning.

A tenacious and effective litigator, Ms. Deneau also fights hard on behalf of those she serves to defend their rights and interests in the face of complex civil and commercial disputes involving personal injury claims, construction defects, partnership disputes and divorces, employment disputes, subrogation, eminent domain issues, and more.

A 2000 summa cum laude graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, Ms. Deneau received an honors certificate from Barrett, The Honors College, for her work as a volunteer mentor. She then attended Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, obtaining her Juris Doctor in 2005 and receiving an intellectual property certificate.

In 2005, the State Bar of Arizona admitted her to practice, and she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona as well as before the Arizona Supreme Court.

As a small-business owner herself, Ms. Deneau understands the struggles that often face those who operate their own commercial enterprises, and she has devoted the majority of her career to furthering this area of her practice.

She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and she is heavily involved with Arizona State University's business college. In 2014, she was one of only 11 selected as part of the Arizona cohort for the Think Global Institute, and in 2015, ASU SparXX Fly honored her for her contributions and service to entrepreneurs.

In addition, Ms. Deneau is also a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, the Scottsdale Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona Technology Council and The 2018-2019 Vice-President in The Thurgood Marshall American Inn of Court.
