Kindra Deneau is the founding attorney at The Deneau Law Firm, PLLC, located in Tempe, Arizona. With more than 17 years of legal experience, she provides sound and knowledgeable counsel to her clients with matters related to business law, commercial law, intellectual property, patent law, contracts, corporate law, entertainment law, estate planning and probate, and real estate matters.

Ms. Deneau has experience handling a wide range of complex legal issues and lawsuits concerning business transactions and disputes as well as eminent domain and construction defect matters. In court, jury trials, arbitration and mediation hearings, she has successfully argued a number of cases.

An alumnus of the Arizona State University, Ms. Deneau received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and was a Barrett Honors College graduate. She also studied a semester abroad in Spain. She then worked as a paralegal for two years, which helped her discover her passion for law. She continued at the Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and earned her doctorate in jurisprudence in 2005.

While in law school, Ms. Deneau was a law, science and technology scholar and was the recipient of the Intellectual Property Certificate for her academic achievements in the subject of trademark, copyright, trade secret and patent law. She is licensed to practice in Arizona, the Arizona Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
