Mr. Stephen Brower is the founder and managing partner of Brentwood Law Group, whose main office is located in Tempe, Arizona. Before he founded Brentwood, Mr. Brower practiced as a business lawyer for distinguished national and regional law firms. He represented high profile corporate and individual clients in complex matters including business litigation, real estate transactions, healthcare consultation, securities 10b-5 litigation, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Brower aggressively applies and expands his refined skill set to provide cutting-edge legal strategies with a unique “high touch, client centric” approach to legal services.
Mr. Brower recognized early in his career that clients want—and deserve—that unique “trial lawyer mentality” applied to all their legal matters, not just litigation. Mr. Brower applies creative and advocacy-oriented solutions to clients in all areas of his practice, including clients who need a unique approach to their negotiations; contract drafting; business transactions; contract litigation; partnership buyouts; purchase/sale agreements; healthcare entities’ operations, creation, and development; creditor rights, including debt collection; and disputes involving bankruptcy.
Mr. Brower believes that effective planning helps his clients avoid litigation and protects his clients if they are forced to litigate. Mr. Brower negotiates and drafts clear business agreements that position his clients to prevail if their contractual rights are violated. Clients who tap Mr. Brower’s trial experience early in their planning process will experience less disruption in their ventures even if someone breaches their business agreements. And his clients report a sense of relief knowing that they have a battle-tested trial attorney representing their interests in court if they need to assert their rights.
Mr. Brower received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude. He attended the University of California at Los Angeles, School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Brower is admitted to and has practiced before all Arizona state and federal courts.
