Brian I. Clymer

Brian I. Clymer is a member of Brian Clymer, Attorney at Law, located in Tucson, Arizona. Focusing his practice exclusively on litigation, he represents injured workers and their families from Pima and Cochise counties in matters involving workers' compensation and Social Security Disability Insurance claims.

In 1975, Mr. Clymer graduated with honors from the University of Virginia with a double major in speech and government. He then went on to attend what is now known as the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, and was awarded his Juris Doctor with high distinction in 1978. Mr. Clymer was a shareholder in a Tucson firm prior to starting his current practice in 1996. Admitted to practice in Arizona, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Since 1983, Mr. Clymer has been certified as a specialist in workers' compensation law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Arizona. He has also been an active participant in several professional organizations, including the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the Southern Arizona Workers Compensation Claimants' Attorneys' Association, the Pima County Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. Mr. Clymer has frequently given lectures on matters relating to his practice area to groups of fellow professionals. Highly regarded by his peers, he has received an AV Preeminent* rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America** directory every year since 1995. Mr. Clymer is also a member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court.
