Jerald R. Wilson

As a dedicated civil trial attorney and the co-founder of Miniat & Wilson LPC, Jerald R. Wilson provides dedicated and astute representation to his clients in Tucson, Arizona, and throughout Pima County. He focuses his practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, representing people who have been harmed by the negligence of other parties.

Mr. Wilson's negligence cases have included motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, slips and falls and other premises liability matters, defective medical devices and harmful prescription drugs. In his employment law practice, Mr. Wilson also provides representation to clients who have been unfairly and unlawfully discriminated against at all stages of the process, including interviews, hiring and workplace behaviors.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Wilson attended The University of Arizona and received a bachelor's degree. He then decided to pursue a legal education and, remaining in Tucson, he enrolled at what is now known as The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. Upon his graduation, Mr. Wilson was awarded his Juris Doctor. He is admitted to practice before all Arizona state courts.
