Mr. Green earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology, with honors, from Pomona College in Claremont, California, in 1997. Later, he went on to pursue his legal studies at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he honed his shrewd legal acumen and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2000.
Admitted to practice law in Arizona since 2001. Mr. Green is also authorized to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
An active member of the legal community, Mr. Green has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2007 and served on its Federal Court Litigation Section Steering Committee from 2019 to 2023. He is also a member of Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
