Barrett S. Moore is an experienced litigator, handling cases at trial and on appeal since his admission to practice law in 2009. Moore graduated from Hendrix College in 2006 with a B.A. in English & Politics, and from the UALR Bowen School of Law in 2009 with J.D. with high honors. He then clerked for Judge D.P. Marshall Jr. at both the Arkansas Court of Appeals and at the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Arkansas. Since joining Blair & Stroud in 2011, Moore has been recognized as “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Family Law and Litigation – Labor and Employment, and has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. Moore also authored publications about employment discrimination, regulation of e-cigarettes, and a chapter in the Arkansas Bar Association’s handbook about appellate practice. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association.
A partner at Blair & Stroud since 2017, Moore practices all types of civil litigation in federal and state court, and before administrative agencies, and handles criminal defense cases in state and federal court. He also assists clients with estate planning, real estate transactions, and employment issues.
