Degen D. Clow

Degen Clow focuses his practice exclusively on criminal defense matters. Mr. Clow attended the University of Arkansas as an undergraduate, and he was a member of the school’s varsity football team before receiving a degree in Cardio-Pulmonary Care.

After working as a respiratory therapist at two different Arkansas hospitals, Mr. Clow enrolled at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and studied cardiopulmonary care before deciding to pursue his legal education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2013. Upon his graduation, he joined the Pulaski County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, and he was a deputy prosecutor there until entering private practice in October 2015.

Mr. Clow provides aggressive and effective representation to people who have been accused by the state or federal government with having committed misdemeanor or felony offenses. The types of cases he regularly works on include driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs (DWI & DUI), misdemeanors, felonies, weapons violations, drug possession, drug trafficking, and white-collar crimes. Mr. Clow has obtained countless positive results for his clients, including dismissals, acquittals, and the negotiation of favorable plea bargains with the prosecution. In addition, Mr. Clow has been named to the American Society of Legal Advocates: Top 40 Under 40. His professional memberships include the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
