Working with various organizations in different capacities, he gained a broad-spectrum perspective of large-scale businesses and their transactions. He managed several businesses and investments which gave him a practical understanding of administrating a business. He uses these skills and insights to assist clients who seek his legal guidance.

Mr. Mostyn serves as the president of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies. He is the former president and the current vice president of the Benton County Bar Association. Moreover, he was appointed to the Arkansas Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. He is a valued member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Washington County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
