Joshua Q. Mostyn is a founding member and attorney at Mostyn Prettyman, PLLC. He extends his practice across the cities of Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista, Fayetteville, Sprindale, and all of Northwest Arkansas, and he focuses on a broad variety of legal matters, including:

Graduating with honors, Mr. Mostyn received his doctorate in jurisprudence in 2012 from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville. While there, he was the recipient of the T.C. and Rosemary Carlson Memorial Award and the W.B. Putman American Inn of Court Pupil Award. He is a 2003 graduate with a B.A. in business administration from the University of North Texas.

During his initial years, Mr. Mostyn worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Brad Karren in the Rogers District Court and an extern to a political leader in Arkansas’ 3rd Congressional District. Working with various organizations in different capacities, he gained a broad-spectrum perspective of large-scale businesses and their transactions. He managed several businesses and investments which gave him a practical understanding of administrating a business. He uses these skills and insights to assist clients who seek his legal guidance.

Mr. Mostyn has led the Northwest Arkansas Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.  He is a Past-President  of the Benton County Bar Association. Moreover, he previously served as the Vice Chair of the Arkansas Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. He is a member of the the Arkansas Bar Association and the Washington County Bar Association.
