As the only lawyer in Arkansas to be authorized by the National College for DUI Defense's Board Certifying Authority as a DUI Defense Specialist, Brad J. Williams is a criminal law and DUI/DWI attorney, and managing partner at the Law Offices of Bennett & Williams. Fluent in Portuguese and English, he is also the only lawyer in the state designated as an ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist by the American Chemical Society's Chemistry and Law Division.

Mr. Williams is admitted to practice in Arkansas and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. With almost 15 years of experience, he is an active speaker, instructor and presenter for organizations such as the Lonoke County Bar Association and the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

In 2000, Mr. Williams graduated from Hendrix College with a Bachelor of Arts in history and a minor in economics. He then attended law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. In 2004, he obtained his Juris Doctor.

A founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, he is also a former faculty member of the National College for DUI Defense. Mr. Williams is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Chemical Society.

The BAC DataMaster is the brand of "breathalyzer" that is currently used in the State of Arkansas.  However, it is currently being replaced by the Intoximeter EC/IR II.  This certification course at the BAC DataMaster factory in Mansfield, OH, covers the theory and science of evidential breath alcohol testing and certifies the participant to operate and perform essential diagnostic verifications and calibration checks on the BAC DataMaster, 2009
