Brad J. Williams specializes solely in Criminal Defense, including ALL felony and misdemeanor offenses. Of particular note, Brad is the only Board-Certified DUI Defense Lawyer in Arkansas. Also, he is also the only lawyer in Arkansas designated as an ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist by the American Chemical Society's Chemistry and Law Division.
With almost 20 years of experience as a Criminal and DUI/DWI Defense Lawyer, he is an active speaker, instructor, and presenter for organizations on a state and national level.
Mr. Williams graduated from Hendrix College with a Bachelor of Arts in history and a minor in economics. He then attended law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. In 2004, he obtained his Juris Doctor.
A founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, he is also a faculty member of the National College for DUI Defense. Mr. Williams is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

- Certification in Operation and Maintenance of BAC DataMaster (2009 - Mansfield, OH). The BAC DataMaster is the brand of "breathalyzer" that is currently used in the State of Arkansas. However, it is currently being replaced by the Intoximeter EC/IR II. This certification course at the BAC DataMaster factory in Mansfield, OH, covers the theory and science of evidential breath alcohol testing and certifies the participant to operate and perform essential diagnostic verifications and calibration checks on the BAC DataMaster, 2009
- Board Certification, DUI Defense (National College for DUI Defense). At the time of his certification, he was the first and only Board Certified DUI Attorney in the State of Arkansas, and one of only 51 attorneys in the United States, 2017
