Brad J. Williams specializes solely in Criminal Defense, including ALL felony and misdemeanor offenses.  Of particular note, Brad is the only Board-Certified DUI Defense Lawyer in Arkansas.  Also, he is also the only lawyer in Arkansas designated as an ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist by the American Chemical Society's Chemistry and Law Division.

With almost 20 years of experience as a Criminal and DUI/DWI Defense Lawyer, he is an active speaker, instructor, and presenter for organizations on a state and national level.

Mr. Williams graduated from Hendrix College with a Bachelor of Arts in history and a minor in economics. He then attended law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. In 2004, he obtained his Juris Doctor.

A founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, he is also a faculty member of the National College for DUI Defense. Mr. Williams is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
