Catering to the needs of clients throughout Arkansas, attorney Brandon W. Lacy works with the Lacy Law Firm, which has offices in Fayetteville and Jonesboro. Primarily focusing his practice on personal injury law, he also has experience handling matters of commercial litigation, general insurance law, franchise law, as well as appellate practice.
With nearly two decades of experience in the legal field, Mr. Lacy has been named among the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers and one of the Top Attorneys in the Mid-South. He has developed a robust practice handling both short-term and long-term disability claims, including those under ERISA, in Arkansas.
Representing clients across Arkansas, as well as in Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri and various other states, Mr. Lacy’s background as a defense attorney provides him with unique insights into the strategies used by large corporations and insurance companies to challenge legitimate claims. Throughout his career, Mr. Lacy has handled a wide range of cases from million-dollar disputes to smaller, more personal cases. His experience includes car accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, fire loss claims, long-term disability lawsuits and complex commercial litigation. He has a strong track record in litigating ERISA cases, including successful appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
Mr. Lacy is licensed to practice in Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the United States Courts of Appeal for the 6th and 8th Circuits. He earned his J.D. with honors from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he served as the survey and comments editor for the law review. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with high honors from the same university.
