Prior to founding the Clark Law Firm, located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Suzanne G. Clark was an attorney at the largest national law firm in the state, where she gained significant experience in a wide range of civil litigation. Ms. Clark received Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Connecticut and was awarded her Juris Doctor summa cum laude by the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2008. Prior to her legal career, she worked in the semiconductor industry as a process engineer and then in senior management, which provided her with valuable first-hand insights into various business affairs. In 2013, Ms. Clark was appointed by Governor Beebe to serve as a special associate justice on a case appearing before the Arkansas Supreme Court. The Arkansas Supreme Court appointed Ms. Clark to the Civil Practice Committee in 2014. Admitted to practice before all state and federal Arkansas courts, Ms. Clark is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. She has served as a member of both the House of Delegates and the Board of Governors of the Arkansas Bar Association.
Ms. Clark maintains an active teaching profile, having taught products liability as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law as well as a skills course in litigating medical negligence claims. She is a former member of the board of directors of the Northwest Arkansas Free Health Center, and she serves on the board of trustees of the Fayetteville Public Library. As a contributor to several distinguished publications, including the Encyclopedia of the Supreme Court of the United States, she maintains an active role as a writer for prominent journals.
