    After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations, Ms. Griffis attended Baylor Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor. While in law school, she was a member of the Order of the Barristers and the Baylor Law Review Board and received the Jerry L. Beane Award for Excellence in Writing as the senior executive editor of the Baylor Law Review.

    Ms. Griffis is a member of the Judge William R. Overton American Inn of Court, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. As a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, she serves as chair of the Family Law Section, a member of the Real Estate Section and the Civil Litigation Section, and co-chair of the Mock Trial Committee. She is also the treasurer for the Collaborative Family Lawyers of Arkansas.
