When Brian D. Reddick co-founded Reddick Law PLLC, he had one goal in mind. He wanted to protect seniors and injured persons across America. He was first licensed to practice in Arkansas, but he now also represents clients in the states where the firm has additional offices: Colorado, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. Some of the types of cases he tackles include nursing home neglect and abuse, opioid litigation, medical and hospital negligence, catastrophic injury, product liability, premises liability and truck accidents.
Mr. Reddick completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and became licensed to practice in 1994. In addition to the geographical areas already listed, he has also been licensed to practice in Kentucky, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia.
Mr. Reddick began his legal career serving in the Little Rock District Attorney's office as a prosecutor. He had a 100% prosecution rate for criminal cases and focused heavily on cases related to sexual assault and domestic violence. When he completed his tenure, he changed his focus to serving victims as a personal injury and wrongful death attorney.
As one of the top-rated attorneys in America, Mr. Reddick has won millions of dollars for his clients. His work has also attracted several notable awards over the years. He was presented with an America's Top 100 Lifetime Achievement Award, was named one of the Top 100by the National Trial Lawyers and has won the Champion of Justice twice by the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission. He also is AV Preeminent peer-review rated* through Martindale-Hubbell.
Outside of work, Mr. Reddick maintains an active presence in the legal field. His professional affiliations include the American Association for Justice and Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
