Catherine A. Ryan

An attorney with Dodds, Kidd, Ryan & Rowan, Catherine A. Ryan represents clients in Little Rock, Arkansas, in matters of personal injury, litigation and appeals. Ms. Ryan has almost two decades of experience representing injured clients with an emphasis on professional negligence and product liability claims.  During her career, she has practiced in many areas of civil litigation, everything from complicated qui-tam claims and multidistrict litigation to simple contract disputes and simple auto accidents.

Ms. Ryan has obtained favorable rulings from the Arkansas Supreme Court and Arkansas Court of Appeals, granting her request to reverse and remand cases involving statutory interpretation of civil and criminal code.  She also successfully defended appeals brought by adverse parties.

Ms. Ryan is admitted to practice in both the state of Arkansas and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  Ms. Ryan earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Georgia School of Law.  She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
