Part of his job was to draft legislation and lobby legislators to improve the state’s criminal statues, DWI laws and licensing rules. Admitted to practice in the state of Arkansas, Mr. Parker graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics before moving on to law school. At the University of Arkansas Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor.
Mr. Parker is one of the founding members of the Little Rock Touchdown Club, which now has close to 1,000 members.
