As a founding partner at Parker Baker Law Firm, David W. Parker is a criminal, DWI, and tax lawyer who represents clients in Little Rock, and throughout central Arkansas. A former prosecutor and Little Rock native, he prosecuted more than 30,000 criminal cases during the first part of his career. Since that time, he has helped draft the current DWI laws for Arkansas, served as Special Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court, and currently serves on the Arkansas Sentencing Commission.
Today, David focuses his practice on DWI/BWI/DUI defense, state and federal criminal defense, tax disputes, and general litigation.
David graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics before moving on to law school. At the University of Arkansas Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor. Today, David is licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts of Arkansas.
