A Little Rock native, Mr. Kidder embarked on his academic journey at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, where he excelled in finance, graduating magna cum laude. Faced with the choice between entering the workforce or pursuing further education, he naturally opted for the latter. This led him to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where he also graduated magna cum laude. He has been licensed to practice law in Arkansas since 2022.

Mr. Kidder's passion for criminal defense ignited during his first year of law school, as he witnessed firsthand the myriad injustices and flaws within the criminal justice system. This revelation spurred him to gain practical experience, working under one of Arkansas's most esteemed criminal defense attorneys while continuing his studies.

In January 2025, Mr. Kidder decided to chart his own course by establishing Kidder Criminal Defense, stepping away from a leading Arkansas firm. He brings a wealth of experience spanning from straightforward state traffic violations to intricate federal murder cases, embracing the full spectrum of criminal defense challenges at his firm.
