Mr. Byrd graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1985 and set up private practice in 1988, after gaining experience serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Tom F. Digby. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Arkansas, and has also litigated vehicle safety cases in Arizona, California, Florida, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
His professionalism and compassion for the rights of injured people have given Mr. Byrd the opportunity to serve in leadership positions for various associations, including president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. Currently, he is a member of the American Association for Justice's board of governors, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum of The Top Trial Lawyers In America.
