For over 30 years, Phillip J. Duncan has been committed to providing personal injury clients with unequaled energy and compassion. The Duncan Firm, P.A., focuses on getting justice for those who have been injured through no fault of their own. Serving Arkansas and West Tennessee, Mr. Duncan started his career as a public defender. As he gained experience, he went on to win several high profile, multimillion-dollar jury verdicts and settlements for injured clients and their families.

He has taken a wide variety of personal injury cases, including oil spill litigation, workplace accidents, wrongful death and car and truck accident injuries. Some of his most notable successes involved cases dealing with 12- and 15-passenger vehicles that rolled over or crashed, resulting in serious injury and death.

Mr. Duncan graduated from Arkansas State University in 1971, and then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1974. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Arkansas and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Mr. Duncan was also certified with an Advanced Course in Trial Advocacy by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 1993.

Along with being featured by Summation as a litigator of the month, Mr. Duncan has been recognized by the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the country. He has also received the rating of AV-Preeminent* with Martindale-Hubbell.
