Richard L. Quintus

Part of the Duncan Firm, P.A., for more than a decade, an Arkansas-based law firm, Richard L. Quintus is an esteemed attorney known across the state for crafting winning solutions. Licensed to practice law in the state since 2000 and later in Florida, he has tried his hand in a wide range of legal areas, and here in the firm, he primarily focusses his practice on personal injury law and class action litigation. Before choosing law as his career, Mr. Quintus served as an interim director in a renowned nonprofit organization. He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2000, where he was also awarded CALI Excellence for the Future Award. Earlier, in 1994, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in history and psychology from Dickinson State University.
