Before establishing his firm, Mr. Rhodes gained valuable experience working at well-regarded midsize law firms in Little Rock. This opportunity allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the criminal justice process and effective legal strategies. By assisting seasoned attorneys, he became adept at anticipating the approaches used by area prosecutors and identifying the type of evidence that resonates with judges and juries.

Mr. Rhodes’ journey into the legal field began with a strong academic foundation. Born and raised in Arkansas, he pursued his undergraduate studies in criminal justice at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and returned to Little Rock to attend the William H. Bowen School of Law. His academic journey was distinguished by his receipt of full scholarships, including the Governor's Distinguished Scholarship, Chancellor's Scholarship and William H. Bowen Scholarship. 

During college, Mr. Rhodes interned with the Little Rock Police Department’s Violent Crimes Division. This experience provided him with firsthand exposure to the criminal justice system, long before he began his formal legal education. The insights gained during this internship continue to inform his practice, allowing him to offer informed and strategic legal counsel to his clients.
