Ben Catterlin

Ben Catterlin is the owner of Catterlin & Arnold Law Firm, where he practices criminal defense with a focus on driving under the influence (DUI) and white collar cases. With his office located in Lowell, Arkansas, he serves the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers metropolitan area and the surrounding northwest counties. 

Majoring in marketing, Mr. Catterlin obtained his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northeastern State University, Oklahoma. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2014 and has been licensed to practice since 2015.

Mr. Catterlin can handle straightforward and complex cases, taking them to trial when necessary. Prompt and sensitive in his actions, he approaches each case professionally, strategizing each stage of the litigation and planning its course to ensure favorable results. Admitted to practice in Arkansas, Mr. Catterlin initially worked for the Washington County Public Defender’s Office, where he handled thousands of criminal cases and developed considerable trial skills. He also worked on many criminal defense cases at one of the largest criminal defense firms in Arkansas before starting his firm. 

With seven years of experience, Mr. Catterlin is well prepared to help people facing criminal charges. He is active in local bar associations and holds the position of board member at the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
