Sean T. Keith

Sean Keith has been in practice since 1993 starting as as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Logan County, Arkansas.  In 1995 he started the firm of Keith and Miller, P.A. with Drew Miller.  The firm has grown to include thirteen attorneys providing legal services in many diverse arease.  In 1999 Sean took his first medical malpractice case to a federal jury and received an award that was believed to be a record judgment for the area.  Since that time Sean has focused primarily on personal injury including car wrecks and product liability along with tractor trailer crashes.  He also is heavily involved in  prescription drug injury and medical device litigation.  He has been involved in several mass torts including  Vioxx, Darvocet, Fosamax, Actos, transvaginal mesh and  metal on metal hips.  He has served on the MDL Committee for the J&J/Ethicon TV Mesh cases in the taking of depositions of several key corporate representatives along with treating physicians.  He is a second generation attorney who was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas.  Sean is the past president of the Benton County Bar Association and former Chairman of the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Governors.  He authors a book review for the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Magazine.  He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.   He is a member of Central United Methodist Church and lives in Rogers with his wife and two children.
