    In 2018, David Sarnoff began mediating disputes as part of his law practice, and after two years practicing as both a litigator and mediator, he transitioned to a full-time mediation practice.  Although his litigation background was representing the rights of aggreived employees throughout California, Mr. Sarnoff also advised employers regarding employment practices and procedures, including addressing internal complaints and conducting investigations. Mr. Sarnoff's primary focus was employment law, where he handled cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, defamation, retaliation and other types of employment torts.  Aside from him employment law focus, though, Mr. Sarnoff also handled cases in the areas of real estate, contract, personal injury, and general business disputes.

    Mr. Sarnoff earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics as well as a minor in physics from Emory University. He graduated cum laude and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as a judicial intern for judges in the U. S. District Court for the Central District of California and the state's 4th District Court of Appeal. While earning his law degree, Mr. Sarnoff also became a member of the Order of the Coif.

    Mr. Sarnoff is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Sarnoff is also licensed to practice before all state courts.
