In 2018, David Sarnoff began mediating disputes as part of his law practice, and after two years practicing as both a litigator and mediator, he transitioned to a full-time mediation practice.  His goal is to help the parties to any dispute find common ground in order to put the past behind   Although his litigation background was representing the rights of aggrieved employees throughout California, Mr. Sarnoff also advised employers regarding employment practices and procedures, including addressing internal complaints and conducting investigations. Mr. Sarnoff's primary focus was employment law, where he handled cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, defamation, retaliation and other types of employment torts.  Aside from his employment law focus, though, Mr. Sarnoff also represented clients involved in real estate, contract, personal injury, and general business disputes and litigation.

Mr. Sarnoff earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics as well as a minor in physics from Emory University. He graduated cum laude and received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as a judicial intern for judges in the U. S. District Court for the Central District of California and the state's 4th District Court of Appeal. While earning his law degree, Mr. Sarnoff also graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif.
