Ruth Glick is an independent arbitrator and mediator whose skill and knowledge of ADR derives from her multi-faceted background as a lawyer, businesswoman and educator. She has over 25 years experience as a dispute resolver in both her legal and business careers and was Adjunct Professor of Arbitration and ADR Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law for ten years. She serves as a full time neutral for business, commercial, securities, financial, technology,real estate,labor and employment and health care disputes. She is on the ICDR, Large and Complex Case Panel, the national commercial arbitration, mediation, labor and employment panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), Office of the Independent Administrator (Kaiser), American Health Lawyers Association as well as on a number of court, industry, labor and permanent government ADR panels. An author and lecturer on ADR topics, she received her B.A. degree from Northwestern University, law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and mediation training at Harvard Law School. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrabors, Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, and an IMI Certified Mediator. Ms. Glick is a past Chair of the Dispute Resolution Section of the American Bar Association and currently serves as a member of the Council of the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR).
