Keith Dunnagan represents business owners, developers and entrepreneurs in real estate and commercial transactions involving the acquisition and disposition of real estate, financing of projects and structuring of business entities, joint ventures, and business and asset sales.

He handles all aspects of the transactions from preparation and reviews of letters of intent and commitment letters through the closing of the transaction. This includes, preparation and review of relevant contracts, security agreements, guaranties, environmental indemnity agreements, promissory notes and purchase and sale agreements. His work includes joint ventures on development projects, to contract review and litigation involving purchase and sale agreements to financing multi-million dollar projects, to the purchase and sales of businesses and assets and representation of capital groups in the acquisitions of distressed assets.

Recent transactions include the sale of approximately 30 acres of development land, representation of a capital group in the purchase of a multi-million dollar commercial note and foreclosure litigation, representation of a developer in multi-million dollar refinance of construction financing, several real estate transactions between $300,000 and $1,500,000.

Keith also maintains an expert and consultant practice wherein he works closely with other attorneys providing advice and opinions on financing instruments and their impacts on real property. Keith is a court qualified expert on short sales and foreclosures.
