  • Bohbot & Riles represented two long-term African-American employees who made claims of race discrimination and wrongful termination against a Fortune 500 company.  After litigation in federal court and surviving motions for summary judgment, a settlement was reached for a total of $250,000.00., 2016
  • Bohbot & Riles represented a woman who worked for CRST Van Expedited as a Truck Driver. During her employment she was severely sexually harassed by her trainer. She complained to the company before and after her resignation. The company failed to investigate her complaint or to take any reasonable steps to address her concerns. Bohbot & Riles filed suit on her behalf and received a $1.3 million verdict from the jury, including lost wages, emotional distress and punitive damages., 2011
  • Bohbot & Riles, LLP represented a man who was harassed by his direct supervisor related to his sexual orientation. The harassment began almost immediately and was so severe that he developed a stomach ailment. After requesting time off to address the stomach ailment, he was terminated. After Bohbot & Riles, LLP worked the case up to trial, he received a confidential settlement including lost wages and emotional distress., 2007
  • Bohbot & Riles represented two employees who worked for their employer for at least 15 years and were wrongfully terminated after complaining of discrimination and retaliation.  Bohbot & Riles negotiated a settlement for them of a total of $550,000.00., 2018
  • Bohbot & Riles, with co-counsel, represented a woman who worked for 22 years for a corporation where she was sexually harassed by her supervisor.  She complained about the harassment, and though her supervisor was terminated, she was disciplined and retaliated against as a result of the complaint.  Ultimately, she was terminated.  Bohbot & Riles and co-counsel litigated the matter and reached a settlement for her of $245,000.00., 2016
