He received his J.D. degree from Golden Gate Law School and is a member of the American Association for Justice, Consumer Attorneys of California, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and current board member and past President of the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted and qualified to appear before all of the federal and state courts in California as well as the United States Supreme Court.

    He is also a member and fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Lyle is the past National Chairman for the Admiralty Section of the American Association of Justice.
