Attorney Profile

With over 30 years of experience representing people in serious personal injury cases, Marjorie knows what it takes to secure six and seven figure settlements for her clients.  Marjorie Heinrich is the principal and founder of Heinrich Law, PC. She represents people who have been injured, often severely, in Oakland, California, and the greater Bay Area, who require representation for matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic motor vehicle, motorcycle, and trucking accidents, severe dog bite incidents, traumatic brain injuries, and many other complex actions. Ms. Heinrich has successfully recovered multiple millions of dollars on behalf of her clients, including a recent 3 million dollar settlement for a client who suffered a brain injury in Alameda County.

Ms. Heinrich earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1983 before going on to earn a Juris Doctor degree at Golden Gate University School of Law in 1986. In 2007, Ms. Heinrich was named as the Trial Attorney of the Year by the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and she was the 2017 president of the Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers’ Association. Ms. Heinrich has tried numerous cases to verdict, arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases, and has successfully resolved countless matters prior to initiating litigation.

Ms. Heinrich has spent three decades expanding her knowledge and experience in the field of personal injury litigation.  She can anticipate the next move of her opponent before they do; and her drive to succeed stems from watching her clients in Oakland and the greater Bay Area who have been seriously injured receive just compensation for their losses.

Admitted to The California State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit since 1986, Marjorie is also a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, and regularly teaches continuing education seminars in Oakland and beyond.

Ms. Heinrich is a member of several organizations including the Alameda Bar Association, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys of California. An engaging speaker and presenter, she has received honors from the Alameda Contra Costa Lawyers’ Association and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. When she is not advocating for her clients, she enjoys traveling, hiking, jazz music and attending San Francisco Giants baseball games.
