Prior to his legal career, he spent five years in the U.S. Coast Guard performing marine law enforcement and search and rescue missions.

    • Recent verdicts include $4,800,000 binding arbitration award in the case Phoenix Logistics, Inv. v. EDO Corporation and $1,300,000 net jury verdict in Wildman v. Segway, which was the first case involving a Segway human transporter to go to trial.  Recent settlements for 1,350,000 in an employment retaliation case.  This was reportedly the highest settlement ever by this financial institution.  An insurance bad faith settlement of $1,250,000 for a homeowner mold claim, where the first party claim damages were less than $250,000.
