Rogers College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1982 and his license to practice from the State Bar of Arizona. He then enrolled at the University of San Diego School of Law and earned his Master of Laws in taxation in 1984. That year, The State Bar of California admitted him to practice, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.
Extremely well-versed in his practice areas, Mr. Weil co-drafted the State Bar Guide to Forming a Limited Liability Company for The State Bar of California in 1996. In addition, he also served as chairman for The State Bar of California Taxation Advisory Commission from 2002-2006.
