  • Pacific Grove Police Officers Association et al. v. City of Pacific Grove (2013) Monterey Sup. Ct. Case No. M109123, won Contract Clause constitutional challenge to voter initiative impairing public employees' pension rights.

  • Santa Clara County Correctional Peace Officers' Association, Inc. v. County of Santa Clara (2011) Santa Clara Sup. Ct. 1-11-CV-206650, secured a writ of mandate compelling the County to reject rival union's decertification and unit modification petition
  • Santa Clara County Correctional Peace Officers Association, Inc. v. County of Santa Clara (2013) Santa Clara Sup. Ct. 1-12-CV-220062, secured writ of mandate compelling a county to correct reporting to CalPERS for 934 employees, securing approximately $7.9 million in additional pension payments.
