    In local, state and federal environmental matters, Ms. Hartman King is well-versed in the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the federal Clean Air Act, the federal Clean Water Act, California’s Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32),  the Hazardous Waste Control Law in California, and California's Proposition 65. She has represented clients in front of many administrative agencies, including the State Water Resources Control Board, the regional water quality control boards, the California Air Resources Board, local air aulity management and air pollution control districts, the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the California Department of Toxic Substances Control.
