Anne B. Shaver is a partner in our San Francisco office with a focus on employment law cases. A 2007 graduate of University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Berkeley Law), Anne was a student director of the Workers’ Rights Clinic of Centro Legal de la Raza in Oakland, and a volunteer at the Legal Aid Society – Employment Law Center. Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Equal Employment Opportunity Committee, Anne is active in wage and hour, employment discrimination, and antitrust cases.
Prior to joining our firm, Anne served as a law clerk to the Honorable Betty B. Fletcher of the Ninth Circuit U.S Court of Appeals. She was a litigation associate at Davis, Graham & Stubbs in Denver, where she practiced commercial litigation and pro bono civil rights litigation.
