    Douglas S.     Douglas is a graduate of University of California Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the Constitutional Law Quarterly. He continues to teach and lecture extensively on topics related to his practice and is a faculty member both at Hastings and with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
