    Originally from the United Kingdom, Mr. Llewellyn obtained his law degree from Oxford University in 1997. He honed his trial advocacy skills at the Inns of Court School of Law in Temple, London, and thereafter practicing as a barrister in the English courts trying over 100 cases to verdict. Following that, he relocated to the United States and immediately entered private practice at a boutique litigation firm in Los Angeles. Thereafter, he joined California's largest law firm, Latham & Watkins LLP, and co-founded Lewis & Llewellyn in 2012. 

    On the plaintiff side, Mr. Llewellyn has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.  Representing defendant clients as well, Mr. Llewellyn has achieved success defending his clients' rights and interests in the face of complex and pressing legal challenges that threaten to undermine their companies. Dividing his practice equally among plaintiff and defendant clients, he has gained a reputation for his fierce advocacy and unwavering commitment to helping them obtain the positive results they seek no matter which side of the aisle they are on.

    In addition to his business litigation practice, Mr. Llewellyn has also earned a reputation as one of the country’s leading practitioners pursuing civil lawsuits on behalf of survivors of sexual abuse, including childhood sexual abuse.  In this field, he has obtained numerous multi-million dollar recoveries on behalf of his clients.
