    Mr. Miller is a 1970 graduate of California State University, Long Beach, from where he received a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude. He then went on to pursue his legal education at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1973. Mr. Miller spent several years representing developers and insurance companies before turning his practice to where it is now. Admitted to practice before all California, Colorado and Texas state courts. Mr. Miller's professional affiliations include The Bar Association of San Francisco and the U.S.-Mexico Bar Association.
