He is admitted to practice before all state and U.S. District Courts in California as well as before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

    Mr. Gravink is an active member of the Santa Clara County and American Bar Associations as well as The State Bar of California. A licensed pilot and aircraft mechanic and inspector, he is also a member of the San Jose State University Aviation Advisory Council, and he serves as lecturer at the Department of Aviation as well as lecturer of property law at Lincoln Law School of San Jose.
