Joshua R. Jachimowicz

A partner at the Jachimowicz Law Group, Joshua R. Jachimowicz provides skilled legal representation to his clients in San Jose, California, and throughout Santa Clara County. His legal practice is focused on the areas of plaintiffs' personal injury matters and employment law cases, including mass transit accidents, car accidents, bad faith insurance litigation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, ERISA claims and many others.

Mr. Jachimowicz graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Science in physics. He subsequently pursued his legal education at the Santa Clara University School of Law, from which he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2011. While Mr. Jachimowicz was in law school, he was honored for his academic work in employment discrimination, trial techniques, and wills and trusts courses.

Following his graduation, Mr. Jachimowicz was admitted to practice law before the state courts of California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He has developed a strong reputation for his legal skills and the representation he provides for his clients. He has earned an Avvo rating of 9.3 out of 10 and is Lead Counsel rated.

Mr. Jachimowicz dedicates himself to continuously improving his legal skills and knowledge. He attends continuing legal education courses to learn the latest techniques and stay current with changes in the law. He is also actively involved in professional legal organizations, including the Santa Clara County Bar Association. He is a member of the organization's LGBT Committee's family law section.
