For one year he was an instructor at San Diego State University College of Extended Studies.

    In 1979, Mr. Kim graduated cum laude from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts. He then attended Columbia Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he was the co-managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts and was on the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team.

    Mr. Kim is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and California. Extending his ability to represent as many clients as possible, he is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
