James Iagmin (Jim) has been practicing law for two decades and has spent that time representating plaintiffs who have suffered catastrophic personal injury. Mr. Iagmin trained under several of the state's most renowned trial attorneys. While working at Schoville & Arnell, LLP, he helped work-up an automobile product liability case that resulted in a record $369,000,000 jury verdict. His goal in every case is to help his client overcome the difficult litigation process and to achieve ann excellent result.
In 2008, Jim joined the Gomez Law Firm and went on to obtain several jury verdicts in excess of $1 million — each in a unique area of the law, including the first application of the elder abuse laws to an arm's-length real estate transaction. Due to his repeated success, the firm was re-named Gomez Iagmin Trial Attorneys in 2013.
A year later, Jim wanted to create a boutique firm, focused on personal attention to clients and superb results. So he partnered with his friend and colleague Jon Williams to form Williams Iagmin LLP.
Mr. Iagmin is the Past President of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego and is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
