After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Southern California, Mr. Drakulich went on to earn a Juris Doctor in 1978 from California Western School of Law.

For more than 35 years, Mr. Drakulich has been helping clients who have suffered catastrophic injuries or significant financial losses as a result of someone else's negligence. He takes a personal approach to each case and aggressively pursues monetary justice for clients. Several federal courts have appointed Mr. Drakulich as a member of a plaintiff steering committee or trial team leader, based on his efforts in the courtroom.

Mr. Drakulich's successes include securing a verdict against a giant medical device company for its faulty defibrillator.
