Mr. Skeen began his legal career after earning his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and his admission to The State Bar of California. In addition to his approval to practice law in all of California's state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit have also issued their approvals for him to practice in their courtrooms.
