Attorney Stuart Eppsteiner is the founder of Eppsteiner Law, APC, in San Diego, California. Mr. Eppsteiner holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from The George Washington University and earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Throughout his career, Mr. Eppsteiner has been involved in several significant cases in both state and appellate court. He has also attained class action settlements in excess of $1 million in various cases.

Mr. Eppsteiner’s extensive experience and work on behalf of clients has earned him a strong reputation in the San Diego legal community. Sharing his acquired knowledge with his peers, he has taught at continuing legal education seminars on topics such as construction defect litigation, errors and omissions, legal ethics and mold litigation.
