    As co-managing partner of the Law Offices of Stephenson, Acquisto & Colman, Richard A. Lovich has over three decades of experience in health care reimbursement litigation and is proud to represent and advise clients throughout the country. He is tasked with managing both prelitigation resolutions and litigation of hospital claims through each step of the process, from settlment negotiations, through trial preparation to arbitration or trial. The former managing attorney and chief trial lawyer for several of the largest insurance companies in the country, he is extremely knowledgeable in this legal area.

    Mr. Lovich is admitted to practice in the state of California. He is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

    After graduating from California State University, Northridge, in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Political Science, Mr. Lovich attended Loyola Law School and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1983.
